JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Manager of Partnerships/Sales in the Western United States to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with K12 educational institutions, understanding their needs, and promoting our educational solutions within a defined geographic territory. Success requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication and organization skills, and a passion for improving education outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the education sector and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the education sector.
  • Identify and prioritize key prospects and establish relationships with decision-makers in schools, colleges, universities, and educational organizations.
  • Present our products and services effectively, articulating how they meet the unique needs of educational institutions.
  • Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities within the education sector.
  • Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to educators, providing insights and solutions that enhance educational practices and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must live in the Western United States (CA, WA, OR, AZ, CO, UT, NV)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive/Sales Representative or in other sales roles within the education sector, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant sales experience, education sales experience encouraged but not required.
  • Strong understanding of educational technology, curriculum needs, and challenges facing educational institutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Displays strong skills in the areas of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.

 

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Base salary ranges from $70,000 - $90,000+ depending on location and experience, with opportunities for additional compensation through commission and performance bonuses along with a competitive benefits package.
